☐  STEP 1: Download our mobile app

Our mobile app is where you’ll find our social media community circles, the Relationship Rebuild Program modules, as well as direct messaging with our team and other community members.

1. Open a browser and go to http://rewire4success.mvt.so on your iOS or Android device
2. Follow the onscreen instructions to add the app to your homescreen. 

(NOTE: You can find more detailed instructions by clicking on the menu at the top left if you encounter any trouble. VPNs, certain browsers or content blocker apps can affect the ability to open and download the app. Please turn those off temporarily if needed or try an alternate browser if the one you're using isn't allowing the app to download.)

☐  STEP 2: Create your account

1. On the app, click the Account icon
2. Select to sign-in either through Google, or use your email address and password 
3. Please use either your FULL NAME or your name with a last initial so our coaches can tell you apart from other members!

☐  STEP 3: On pop-up, allow notifications

Be sure you’ve allowed notifications to be sent to you from our app so you don’t miss any important messages!

Note: If you don’t get a pop-up asking you to allow notifications, you can click on account, then your name at the top, select notifications, and be sure that "Just for you", "All Scheduled Content", "Starting Now Reminder", "Messages", "App Notifications", "Push Notifications" & "Email" are all checked.

☐  STEP 4: Accept the Relationship Rebuild Program Access

Be on the lookout in your email for a notification granting you access to the program. You'll create a log in for this too. (Please reach out if you don’t see an email from us within a few hours following your sign up.)

☐  STEP 5: Check your DMs on the app for a Welcome Video from us! 

Now that it’s official, you'll get a Welcome Video sent to you via dm from us right there in the app within the next business day. (Please reach out if you don’t see this within that time frame.)

What do we do while we are waiting for our program package to arrive? 

Once you've accepted access to the Relationship Rebuild program, you can go ahead and get started with Module 0. The program is designed to be done at the pace of one module per week. Module 1 will open up 7 days from now and your welcome package should arrive by then!

I downloaded the app but don't have access to the program or the community now what?

We know you're anxious to get started, and so are we! But please be patient as our team gets you set up to access these member only areas. If it's been over 1 business day since signing up and you haven't received an email from us, please reach out to our team to let us know.

What if I don't have a Google account or am not familiar with using Google Docs?

Google is free and one of the main platforms our program utilizes to help keep documents up to date and allows our team to most effectively comment or review submissions from our clients. If you don't already have a Google account, you can go to https://docs.google.com and create one. Detailed instructions for sharing these documents with your coach will be provided when necessary through the program.
